I am a firm believer that strength and resistance training is the way forwards. By increasing our muscle mass we increase our metabolic rate, which is the speed at which your body will burn calories even when at rest. There’s still a stigma nowadays that lifting weights will make women bulky, although I’m glad to see that old belief start to disappear slowly. Ladies, we don’t have enough testosterone in our bodies to ever become as huge as the female bodybuilders are that you’re probably seeing in your mind’s eye right now! We have long, lean muscles that are just waiting to be shaped and chiselled to get you looking like a goddess or, well, like an Amazon!

I’m passionate about everything health and fitness related and wish to share my knowledge and educate my clients every step of the way. I encourage my clients to become self sufficient and therefore will give you all the tools that you’ll need to also train on your own to complement our sessions. My goal is to always educate and never withhold information. I grow alongside my clients and therefore often attend new courses to keep improving my knowledge on the human body and how to best challenge it.

I specialise in resistance and strength training, but also work with weight/fat loss orientated clients. Whether you like heavy weights or HIIT, I have something for everyone. Want stronger, sexier legs and butt? As an amateur Fitness Model, I can help you achieve your goal as that is the main focus of female competitors’ training regimes. Being also a Nutritionist and Weight Management Advisor, I can help you eat healthily and according to your goals to achieve the best you possible.
