CALISTHENICS WORKSHOPS

‘Cali with the Amazon’ is ON TOUR! After three very successful seasons in London, CWTA is finally coming to you in England, Scotland and Wales. The national tour will take me to Glasgow (completed), Manchester, Cambridge, Cardiff and Birmingham in October and November. Over Christmas, I will be planning the spring & summer sessions for other locations such as Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol etc. In the meantime, come and join me at these hotspots!

MANCHESTER indoor workshop:

1st October, Saturday – 12:30-5:30pm (with a 45min lunch break). Location: CrossFit Ancoats Manchester

8th October, Saturday – 12pm-4pm (with a 15-30min break). Location: CrossFit 1971, South Wimbledon
