Come and join me this spring and summer in calisthenics classes all across London! After a very successful first season I am back to bring calisthenics to as many of you as possible. Make sure you use the code ‘WELCOME’ for a free first class when booking. There will be classes for both women and men, so if you are interested in taking up calisthenics practice, get in touch and I will recommend the right classes for you.

Everybody is welcome – beginner to intermediate and also advanced. Once you’re confident to continue training on your own, I will leave you with plenty of pointers to optimise your training.

The locations: Primrose Hill Trim Trail for everyone from north London, Westbourne Green Open Space by Royal Oak tube station for west London, Steel Warriors Outdoor Gym in east London and Clapham Common Cali Park 1 and Cali Park 2 for all the enthusiasts south of the river.

The class schedule is as follows:

THURSDAYS – Primrose Hill @ 12-1pm – women only

THURSDAYS – Royal Oak @ 6-7pm – women only

THURSDAYS – Royal Oak @ 7-8pm – women only

SATURDAYS – Clapham Common @ 12:15-1:15pm – women only

SATURDAYS – Clapham Common @ 1:15-2:15pm – mixed class

SATURDAYS – Primrose Hill @ 3:15-4:15pm – women only

SATURDAYS – Primrose Hill @ 4:15pm-5:15pm – mixed class

SUNDAYS – Langdon Park – @ 12-1pm – women only

CLASS RATES:

PAYG – £10/class

Block of 10 sessions – £80 (£8/class)

Unlimited access – £40/month

This season will run from April all the way to October after which we will move indoors until the next outdoor starts up again. In the autumn and winter, you’ll find Cali with the Amazon classes indoors at Revival PT Studio in Hammersmith. If interest continues to be high well into autumn, I will arrange indoor classes across London!

Book the sessions in HERE on my website or on the ClassFit app. Type in ‘Cali with The Amazon’ and choose the classes you wish to book on to. At checkout you can also choose to purchase a block of sessions or a monthly subscription, which will give you unlimited access to classes (max one per day). When you come to class, simply bring a bottle of water and you’re good to go. Looking forward to meeting you!
