Natural latex bands are the best ones out there at the moment as PVC stretches out over time as do cloth woven bands. With proper care, your bands can live a long life. Just keep them away from the sun by popping them back in the handy bag they come in each time you’re done training. To clean, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth.
