Over the past year, I developed a keen curiosity for calisthenics. With limited access to social media platforms, it took me a bit longer to find a safe place and suitable trainer to start my calisthenics journey. What piqued my interest were Rahel’s candid and unapologetic blogs about her own calisthenics journey.
