After seeing clips on Rahel’s instagram, I always thought about how much fun everyone was having, how strong they were, and that I would never be able to do what they did. Fastforward a year, and I was finally brave enough to attend one of Rahel’s calisthenics workshops.

From having no upper body strength, I joined with only with a “I’m just going to have fun” attitude. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life.

Since joining in late 2023, I’ve attended almost all the workshops in London, and have also been on two of her retreats abroad (which were HEAVEN!!!). I have recently also started having PT sessions with Rahel to excel further and I am progressing so much!!

Rahel is great to be around, funny and also super knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, female health etc and also shares honestly her own raw experiences regarding her fitness journey. I’m lucky enough to have made so many friends through the fantastic cali community she has built.

I became an instant addict and my journey with Rahel isn’t over yet. I can’t shout loudly enough about her, SHE IS AWESOME!!! Don’t hesitate. Book that session/retreat/those PT sessions – you won’t regret it.
