Now in my 80’s, I began weekly training sessions with Rahel in 2019 – with the idea of building up and maintaining muscle strength well into old age.
Rahel is a warm, kind, patient human being, who is committed to helping and tailors her approach to the individual client. Constantly adding new exercises to a basic regime which targets all areas of the body, she makes the sessions fun as well as challenging.
She knowledgeably and interestingly explains the reasons behind the movements; is strict but understanding; and is punctual, reliable, and conscientious to a fault.
