Rahel was my trainer for almost a year and half and I have to echo all of the other incredible reviews! Rahel’s expansive physical and nutritional knowledge, training technique, infectious attitude, and her own incredible work of art (her body!) all lend itself to instilling confidence and inspiration for your own training. Rahel and I had early morning outdoor sessions and we honestly had the best time. What an incredibly positive start to the day! Rahel respected my motivations for wanting to train (not weight loss) and through her emphasis on strength training and lifting I got stronger and happier 🙂 Rahel is generous, warm, ridiculously skilled and I would highly recommend her to anyone committed to a fantastic regime.
