I have been an on and off gym goer for years and used to lack motivation and knowledge, so when finally decided to up my game and do things properly, I felt very lucky to find Rahel’s Instagram page.
From day 1 she was very supportive, enthusiastic and super easy to talk to, tailored our training sessions and kept them varied and fun.
