Chicken Sausage Quiche

  • 250ml Two Chicks egg whites
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 pack of Heck Chicken chipolatas (340g)
  • 150-200g broccoli
  • 150-200g protein cheese or low fat cheddar
  • 15-30ml single cream (can omit)
  • black pepper and salt to taste

Preheat oven to 200C. Use an oven proof glass dish, there’s no need to use oil or butter, especially if using a fattier cheese. Whisk together eggs and egg whites and add some black pepper and salt. Then chop up broccoli, cut each sausage into 3 or 4 pieces and add those to the dish. Add most of the protein cheese, leaving some to sprinkle on top. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and then place the dish in the oven to cook for about 45 minutes to an hour.

This recipe is very filling due to it’s high protein content and can also be cooked as lunch or dinner or used as meal prep since the quiche can be easily stored in the fridge for a couple of days after cooking. NB: When using low fat or full fat cheese, make sure you update the macros as the calories will be higher per serving.
