
INGREDIENTS:
- 125-150g salmon fillet
- 150g asparagus
- 1/2 clove of garlic, crushed
- freshly grated lemon peel
- 1 spring onion or a few sprigs of chives
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 190C. Prepare a square of foil and place the asparagus on the bottom. Top it with salmon and rub the crushed garlic properly into the fish. Add salt and pepper, then seal the foil nicely over the fish, leaving plenty of room for air to circulate inside the parcel. Place the foil parcel on a cooking tray and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. The fish will come out tender and flavourful. Serve immediately.
