- 250g protein yogurt or Total 0% yogurt
- 2-3 strawberries
- 10-15 blueberries
- a splash of milk
- maple syrup
I used Arla’s lemon flavoured protein yogurt for these yummy parfaits. Have all the ingredients on hand and start to create layers with the yoghurt and berries. On the second to last layer add a tiny bit of maple syrup – just a few drops, you won’t need more – this will add so much additional flavour to the parfait. Top with more berries and place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours to allow the fruit to soak in the syrup.
