I needed some colour on this overcast morning so I reached for the pomegranate to fix he problem. 🤗

BreakfasIMG_5177t can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like; my advice is to make sure it’s close to nature and/or brimming with vitamins. 😊

250g Total 0%, 100g pomegranate seeds and a sachet of chia seeds. Even if you don’t want to use the seeds (like I said, I barely ever do, I just wanted to experiment), a pot of high protein yoghurt and some fresh fruit is a filling meal and provides an even release of energy over the following hours – meaning you’ll stay fuller for longer and won’t experience a drop in your energy levels. 😊
