Chicken Crispbread

This delicious summery meal is based on Filled Sweet Potato Skins recipe. To make these snacks, all you need is:


3-4 crisp breads
1 tsp Knorr Aromat or similar seasoning
125-150g cooked chicken breast
100g Total 0%

This is another one of my easier recipes; simply oven cook one chicken fillet, mix it with Greek yoghurt in a bowl and add the Knorr seasoning. Mix well and distribute the creamy chicken between crisp breads. Garnish with radish and dill or whichever vegetables and herbs you prefer. This high protein recipe is perfect for hot summery days when you might not fancy a big meal.

Whether you prepare the crisp bread or sweet potato version of this dish, both options are healthy, high in protein, soluble fibre and have a low GL! ♥️
