Chicken Piccata


  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 packet of asparagus spears
  • Aroma or Knorr multi-purpose seasoning
  • salt and pepper


Season chicken breast with Knorr or Aroma. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a tbsp of olive oil. Cook the chicken breast for about 2 to 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Then add white wine, lemon juice and capers and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with blanched or steamed asparagus spears. It’s that simple – enjoy!
