¼ cup white wine
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. capers
1 packet of asparagus spears
Aroma or Knorr multi purpose seasoning
salt and pepper

Season chicken breast with Knorr or Aroma. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a tbsp. of olive oil. Cook the chicken breast for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then add white wine, lemon juice and capers and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with blanched or steamed asparagus spears. It’s that simple! 🙂
